My creative journey began studying Creative Music Technology at Bath Spa University, where a love of sound and experimentation led to my first role at a boutique UX agency in Bath – Digerati Studio, producing mobile ringtones for Qualcomm — an unexpected but pivotal step into the digital world.
Before joining AKQA, I learnt and honed my skills as a Front-End Developer, blending creativity with technical precision to craft transformative digital experiences. My career has taken me from facilitating workshops with global CEOs to supporting NGOs in rural India, shaping meaningful work across diverse sectors and cultures.
At AKQA, I grew from UX practitioner to Associate UX Director, leading global design systems, AI-driven strategies, and human-centered research for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Beyond work, I am driven by creativity, community, and family. I seek to mentor the next generation of UX designers, continues to explore my lifelong passion for music through playing, producing, and releasing compositions, and invest deeply in family life with my wife and four children. Inspired by my son, I actively learn and advocate for autism awareness and neurodiversity. I’m also a committed member of my local church, where I lead groups and regularly volunteer to build connections and strengthen community
