During my time at Blueberry Twist, I was tasked with transforming the recently acquired Find a Church product into a user-friendly, self service platform. I began by restructuring the data and migrating the website from static pages to dynamically generated. I then prototyped and user tested a number of features to develop a self service system that was easy to use.
With the launch of the updated system, I ran a social media campaign that increased the product engagement by over 5,000 users.
