If you want to make a guaranteed viral hit, then you need these simple ingredients:
1) Awesome – available in bottled form from all good agencies
2) Creativity / Originality – this can be something new or a creative mashup / remix
3) Surprise – an unexpected twist that means the viewer has to see it again and share with others
